    • HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

      We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders.

    • HELP! MY ORDER IS LOST/HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED?

      Mille is not accountable for any stolen or missing parcels. Whilst your parcel is in the hands of our couriers, they are accountable for all risk involved, which is then passed on to the customer upon delivery.

      If you haven’t received your order after 20 days from the shipping date, please email us at contact@millebags.com and we will provide you with the contact details of the local courier.

    • DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?

      No, we take care of all customs and import fees.

      In the remote case you are asked to pay any customs and import fees, please email our customer service at contact@millebags.com and we will cover these for you.

    • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    • THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS INCORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO?

      On rare occasions mistakes can happen. If there are any issues with your order please email us at contact@millebags.com and our team will assist you.

    • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CAN NOT BE FILLED DUE TO THE ITEM BEING OUT OF STOCK?

      Our items can sell out quickly due to such high demand. Sadly on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative product or to process a full refund.

    • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

      As soon as we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Sometime these emails end up in the spam folder, please check there if you can’t find it in your inbox.

      If you still can’t locate your order’s tracking number please email our customer service team at contact@millebags.com and they’ll assist you as soon as they can.

  • DISCOUNT CODES
    • HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

      Discount codes can be applied by using the Coupon Code box on the cart page or at checkout. Paste the code you have received in the box for your discount to be applied to your shopping cart.

    • WHY WON’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

      Have you entered your code correctly? Our codes are all unique, try copying and pasting the code into the Coupon Code box just before you checkout.
      Still not working? Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

    • CAN I USE TWO DISCOUNT CODES?

      Only one discount code can be used per order.

      Most of our handbags are made of real leather (cowhide leather), some handbags are named Vegan as they are made of PU leather.

      Yes, we do. We work with resellers and personal shoppers.
