Delivery timeframe

It generally takes  48-72 Hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

After your order has been processed, the delivery timeframe vary depending on the destination.

Shipping to USA, UK & Europe

After you have received your shipping confirmation email your item should be delivered within 10 Days. Please allow 5 working days before sending an inquiry if your parcel hasn't been delivered within this time. 

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. Delivery when using this service can take up to 15 Days. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email contact@millebags.com and we will help to resolve this immediately.

Duty & Taxes

Mille Bags operates with a DDP incoterm on all our shipments, that means custom duties are paid by us in advance and the customers should shop with confidence and without fearing high fees on receipt of their orders.

In the remote case you are presented with custom fees to be paid when receiving your order, please get in touch and we will resolve this for you immediately.
