Returns

In order to request a return, please email our customer service team at contact@millebags.com 

We only accept returns on domestic orders (UK).

Mille Bags is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

We accept returns on all full price bags within 7 days of delivery receipt.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Mille Bags is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

Mille Bags boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note return shipping label will not be provided by Mille Bags.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Mille-Bags tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
